Shipping policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM EST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2-3 days. Orders placed after Friday at 12 PM EST will be shipped the following week. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number. We will let you know of any unforeseen delays due to stock or raw material availability.

Please allow up to 5 business days to receive your order after you receive tracking.

FREE SHIPPING

Our Free Shipping Policy, when offered as a promotional option, applies to orders shipping to one location in the contiguous U.S.. If you return your purchase, the cost of shipping will be deducted from any refund or credit.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All orders placed Monday-Friday by 12pm EST will begin processing that day. All orders will ship at a flat rate fee of $40 USD. Please allow 5-12 business days to receive your order. A tracking number for your order will be provided via email at the time of dispatch from our warehouse. We are not responsible for unforeseen delays in international shipping times. 

Please note that the recipient is responsible for duties and taxes and that delivery may be subject to delays due to customs clearance procedures in the destination country. Unfortunately, we are unable to mark merchandise as “gift” or “no commercial value”.
